We’ve got the answers you’re looking for

Am I 100% owner? +

Yes, you are a co-owner and a shareholder of a limited company (SL); you sign a company agreement. At the time of signing, the co-owners are the owners of 100% of the property. Co-owners have full freedom to manage the home and Vivla handles incidents.

Since you hold real ownership of the home, you receive deeds. You will be able to buy and sell whenever you wish and at the price you choose.

Do the homes come already furnished? +

Yes, we have an in-house Vivla design studio that is responsible for all decoration projects.

How many days per year correspond to me per fraction? +

You are entitled to 42 days per year, which are allocated differently for beach or mountain homes so that all owners have the same opportunities.

🏖 For beach homes you are entitled to 6 weeks: you may choose 1 week in prime season and 1 week in high season, 2 weeks in mid season and 2 weeks in low season.

🏔 For countryside or mountain homes you receive 17 ski-season days divided into 3 stays: one during the high season (December long weekend, Christmas, New Year’s Eve...) and two stays during the ski season that are not high season. Additionally, you have 1 week in the summer season (July and August) and 3 stays outside the summer and ski seasons. Seasons are updated each year according to official calendars.

Can I leave my belongings at the house? +

Yes, we provide storage spaces so you can leave some of your belongings, for example skis in the case of Baqueira.

What are my annual maintenance costs? +

They vary depending on each home, typically between 1.5% and 2% per year of the fraction’s price. For example, if your fraction costs €100,000, the typical monthly maintenance cost would be around €200.
